Whenever you book a hotel that's listed for this event, use the Housing & Travel feature of your Itinerary Planner to keep notes about your accommodations, such as your hotel confirmation number, etc., or to keep the hotel's address information readily accessible.

To update your hotel or travel arrangement itinerary:

Click Hotel / Travel. The list of hotels and travel arrangements recommended for this event will appear.

Click the Add link appearing next to each listing of interest. All links to selected items of interest will change to Remove. The next time that you view your itinerary, your selected items will appear.
