How it works
WHITE Case is an intelligent distribution cabinet with locations very similar to those of standard locker rooms ones.
Operation is user-friendly.
In the retrieval phase:
The user identifies him/herself with their badge.
A luminous LED indicates the compartment in which the selected garment
can be found.
The user takes the item in the location and closes the door.
The loading procedure can differ depending on the specific process requirements and on the RFid technology in use
In the loading phase:
The operator enables the replenishing procedure using his own badge.
Every item (or set of items) is identified with the relevant scanner.
Via a luminous LED, WHITE Case indicates the compartment where the garment or set is found.
The operator closes the door once the loading operation has been completed.
As an alternative to the former process, using the WHITE Case UHF is also possible to pre-assign every location to a specific type of garment and enable WHITE Case to run an automatic inventory at the end of the loading process.

This makes it very useful in those contexts where other automatic dispensers cannot offer a suitable location size: WHITE Case is a modular solution and can be adapted to every type of environment considering also its limited occupation of space.
Intelligent management and maximum customization
Thanks to the ONE software platform, WHITE Case operation can be monitored and managed in real time. The system administrator can define the operating modes and the loading logics by previously setting the type of items or combinations of sets that the distributor can deliver.
Like every machine in the WHITE line, by using ONE it is also possible to monitor use and check the status of the stock available inside the machine, in a way to intervene in a timely manner to meet any requirements.
